Description
This Uptown spot is a haven for those seeking modern, upscale Indian eats. The jewel-toned room is dateworthy; the wine list is pairing-friendly. And many of the contemporary dishes—like the duck-leg confit with blistered green beans and expertly grilled kalonji chicken with almond and raisin–studded rice pulao—are worth the extra dough you'll spend here rather than on Devon. Recent additions include a snack-friendly selection of "Naanwiches"—lamb vindaloo, tandoori chicken and other traditional dishes wrapped in warm naan and served with papadum chips—as well as tasting-size portions of malai kofta and other curries.
