Description
Despite significant staff shifts—Kendal Duque and Peter Vestinos (chef and cocktail master, respectively) have been replaced by Andrew Zimmerman (formerly the chef de cuisine at NoMI) and Joshua Pearson—very little feels out of step at this acclaimed West Looper. Its newbie sheen worn off, Sepia has taken on the qualities of a stalwart: a classic place serving autumnal standouts like white bean soup with slow-cooked pork; pork cheek salad with pickled pumpkin; a flatiron steak with bone marrow beignets; and a butternut squash-infused Old Fashioned.
