Description
While its name literally mirrors Moto, Otom's menu doesn't exactly reflect the extraterrestrial creations or sky-high prices of its adjacent sibling. Instead, exec chef Thomas Elliot Bowman looks to offer creative spins on comforting classics. A recent menu overhaul injected some flair in the form of pork chops with bacon bread pudding, coffee-crusted ribs and Bowman's answer to Roscoe's: a chicken breast paired with a purple yam waffle. The bar staff goes toe-to-toe with local cocktail clubs, turning housemade bitters, fruit purees and infused liquors into the perfect precursor to an interesting meal.
