Description
This sophisticated sushi spot also dabbles in traditional Japanese dishes like egg-custard soup. On the sushi side, both novices and traditionalists will be happy: Over-the-top rolls bursting with cream cheese and tempura crunch are balanced by incredibly fresh, razor-thin sashimi cuts of fatty tuna and fluke, as well as harder-to-come-by cuts like fatty yellowtail, goldeneye snapper and shirauo, slick slivers of white fish—commonly called ice fish—served in a cucumber cup. Freshly shaved wasabi (by request) seals the deal.

Great service. Sat outside & ordered a bottle of wine & a group appetizer: Chef's Choice: fresh cut pieces of premium nigiri or sashimi with fresh wasabi for $39. This appetizer only had 8 pieces in it. That's almost $5/piece. Was fresh but Crazy expensive. We all agreed that was nuts & decided to leave this place and eat at another sushi restaurant that we didn't have to take a bank loan out to pay for. Parking around there is now a quarter for 8 minutes - every day now. Boo
