Description
Chef-owner Alex Cheswick has turned his Grand Avenue restaurant into a contemporary food–lover's destination. Signs of summer are popping up all over, from a fried-green tomato salad with a lemon-thyme vinaigrette to gnocchi tossed with zucchini and yellow squash. Two different prix-fixe menus are available for the penny pinchers, one for $25 earlier in the week (Mon–Wed) and another for $35 later (Thu–Sat). Most important, both offer a flight of cupcakes for dessert.

Duckhorn "Decoy" Napa Red 2005 -This approachable wine is layered with bright acidity and forward fruit balanced by well-integrated tannins. Robert Stemmler Russian River Pinot Noir 90 Points 2003 -This wine surprises the palate with rich and outgoing flavors very much keyed on well-ripened cherries.
