Description
Determined to intertwine the eating and drinking experience, chef Stephen Dunne focuses on elevated bar food at this West Town spot. Some of his food (fried pickle spears, a Wagyu burger) act merely as sponges for the impressive beer list. But the duck confit is sublime, the fish-and-chips crisp and flavorful, and the crab salad light and inspired. The ultimate beer and food pairing, though, comes at dessert, with the addictive Black & Tan Float, a root-beer float made with Guinness ice cream.
