This isn't 5 star as in 5 star hotel. The Congress is a 5 star place to catch some tunes with a substantial crowd, however. The Art Deco theater and impressive 3 story lobby are beautiful and one can tell a lot of shows have been there! It is easy to get in and out and I have always found free parking. Bathrooms are easy, maybe not sparkling clean, but this is a venue not a hotel. If you have not caught a show here and you live in Chicago, you are missing out, and must check it out!
